What runs underneath

The pieces that bring in new patients, planned around your college’s rules.

  • Google search ads

Ads for searches like “physio near me” or “chiropractor open Saturday” in your area.

  • Google Business Profile and listings

Your services and hours listed and current, so you show up properly on Google Maps.

  • Reviews

Asking patients for Google reviews and replying to them. Whether you can show reviews on your own site or in ads depends on your college.

  • Websites and landing pages

A page for each service, with a clear way to book a first visit.

  • Dash AI agent

Answers calls and texts when the front desk can’t, and hands each new-patient lead to your team to book.

  • Microsoft search ads

Extra reach on Bing for the same searches.

Your college’s rules come first

Each profession’s college sets its own advertising rules, and they differ by province. Two Ontario examples show how specific they get. The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario asks ads to avoid claims of superiority. The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) doesn’t permit client testimonials in advertising. The plan starts from your own college’s standard, so bring a copy to the free call.

Keeping ad tracking away from patient details

Ad tracking and data handling are HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant. Tracking codes stay off the pages where patients type in health details, like intake and booking forms.

Questions owners ask

Can I advertise as a regulated professional?

Yes, within your college’s rules. Look for your college’s advertising standard. Ads and pages are planned around it, and the rules differ by profession and province.

Can I use patient reviews in my ads?

Check your college’s standard first. Some colleges limit testimonials or don’t allow them. CRPO, the college for Ontario psychotherapists, doesn’t permit client testimonials in advertising.

Will ad tracking expose my patients’ health details?

Ad tracking and data handling are HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant, and tracking codes stay off the pages where patients type in health details.

My clinic has more than one kind of practitioner. Does that change things?

Yes. Each profession’s college rules apply to its own services, so ads for each one are planned around the right standard.

Is the strategy call really free?

Yes. The call costs nothing, and neither does Chris’s check of your website and how you show up in Google and AI answers. The written roadmap you get afterwards is included. If you go ahead with ads or other services, those are paid.
