Who runs this site
FORMA is run by Chris Gardner, a digital marketing consultant who works with LocaliQ. Services are delivered on the LocaliQ platform. Chris consults. If you go ahead with services, you sign an agreement with LocaliQ.
No offer on this site
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any services are agreed in writing, in a separate agreement with LocaliQ.
Examples on this site
The sample data, the AI-answer examples and the example ads all use made-up businesses and made-up numbers.
Figures from other publishers
Platform figures belong to the publisher named beside them. Each one links to its source.
Professional rules
Where this site mentions a college’s rules or Health Canada’s, it gives examples only. For your own business, follow your college’s standard and the law, and get advice where you need it.
The free strategy call
The strategy call is free. So are Chris’s check of your website and how you show up in Google and AI answers, and the written roadmap that follows. Any services after that are paid, under a separate agreement with LocaliQ.
